 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. After that window, a cancellation fee (up to the full order amount) may apply to cover delivery costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Refunds are only provided for overcharges, duplicate payments, or confirmed service errors. No refunds for fuel already delivered and used.
  • Disputes: Contact customer service at info@tapperpropane.com or 269-415-0425. If unresolved, we’ll review and respond within 5 business days.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website and placing orders you agree to the following:
  • Service: We provide propane product sales and delivery subject to availability, safety regulations, and applicable local laws.
  • Pricing & Payment: Pricing can be confirmed at 269-415-0425. We accept online payment methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for mispriced items.
  • Delivery: Deliveries scheduled based on availability.
  • Safety & Access: Customer must provide safe, legal access to delivery location and clear any hazards. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
  • Liability Limit: Our liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the purchase price of the affected order to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Changes: We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

  • Information Collected: We collect contact, billing, and transaction information (name, address, phone, email, payment details), service-related data, and technical website data (IP, cookies).
  • Use of Information: To process orders and payments, schedule/deliver propane, communicate about your account, provide customer support, and improve services. We may send transactional and service-related messages; marketing messages only with consent.
  • Sharing: We do not sell personal information to third parties.
  • Security: We use industry-standard measures (encryption, secure servers) to protect data.
  • Your Rights: You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise rights or opt out of marketing, contact info@tapperpropane.com.
  • Retention: We retain data as needed for business, legal, and tax purposes.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Service Areas: We deliver within our posted service area. Check availability by contacting customer service.
  • Delivery Process: Our drivers will deliver to the address on file and place propane in a safe, approved tank or cylinder location. Customer must ensure safe access and clear obstacles.
  • Missed Deliveries & Access Issues: If we cannot access the delivery location or it’s unsafe, delivery may be rescheduled and additional service fees may apply.
  • Damage & Inspection: Inspect tanks/cylinders at time of delivery. Report visible damage within 24 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
  • Fees & Returns: Delivery fees, emergency/after-hours, or fuel quantity minimums apply as posted.
